Connecting our Stories Podcast
Stories matter in the fight for justice.
By showcasing stories of those who have taken steps toward doing justice, we hope you will be encouraged and see the value in your own story and take the next step to share it with the world.
Tune in to the Connecting our Stories podcast to hear the stories of those doing justice work and allow these stories to inspire you to connect your story to justice work in your community. Stories Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that exists to empower communities to end the cycle of human trafficking by starting and supporting social enterprises that raise awareness, offer opportunities for economic independence for survivors and fund the fight against human trafficking.
Connected - Prevention education
We are in a mental health crisis, and we know connecting our stories together in authentic conversation creates resiliency in ourselves, in those we love and in our communities at large.
This means - relationships matter.
One of the ways we are creating resilience and decreasing vulnerabilities is creating space where we can have intentional conversations about relationships. At Stories Foundation we believe we prevent and intervene in human trafficking when we engage in meaningful conversations.
You are a crucial part to prevention and intervention when it comes to human trafficking. Connect us with your local school, sports community, or church youth group so we can bring our prevention education on relationships to your community. Or host a Connected event for all people ages 13+ to have the important conversation about relationships, together.

COMMUNITY EVENT ON RELATIONSHIPS
One of the ways we are creating resilience and decreasing vulnerabilities is creating space through a community event where we can have intentional conversations about relationships.
You can be a part of this by partnering with Stories Foundation to bring a TED Talk style event where we get honest about relationships to your community!
Everyone is in relationships (friends, family, and community). How can we show up in healthy ways with those around us and why does it matter?
Gather people of all ages to laugh, learn and take action for healthy relationships and against exploitation and manipulation with the purpose of raising awareness to prevent and end human trafficking locally.
Work with the Stories Foundation team to bring together experts in various fields who will share their lived experience and offer wisdom on relationships and connection. Attendees will leave with intentional opportunities to engage by promoting healthy relationships.
